Olivia Utt is the Managing Partner of Azalea Growth Partners. Olivia began her professional career in energy finance, spending one year with Jefferies’ Energy Investment Banking Group in Houston, TX before joining Trilantic Capital Partners, where she spent four years on their energy private equity team in Austin, TX. While at Trilantic, Olivia realized she wanted to become more involved at the operational level and explore more entrepreneurial opportunities, so she returned to school. Olivia received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in May 2022, where she focused on Organizational Effectiveness and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Prior, Olivia completed her BSM with dual majors in Finance and Legal Studies with a specialization in Energy from Tulane University in 2015, where she also played Division I Indoor and Beach Volleyball.

Olivia was born and raised in Atlanta, GA to parents Liz and Ben Utt. She has one older brother of five years, Garrett, who recently welcomed his first son, Leo, making Olivia a first-time Aunt. Her brother played as Tight End for the Duke Blue Devils before becoming a professional poker player, while her father was a Left Guard for the Indianapolis Colts for nearly a decade. Olivia currently lives in Los Angeles, but spends a good portion of her time in Atlanta with her family. Olivia still loves to play competitive beach volleyball and wants to learn to surf. Olivia also dedicates a few hours every month to volunteering at local dog shelters.
